Giorgio works in the hotel as a night auditor. During the day, taking off his shirt and tie, and after having rested a little, he goes to the countryside to visit his bees, thanks to which he produces an excellent wildflower honey and a characteristic and aromatic honey of thyme. This type of product is historically considered the most valuable in the territory of the Iblei Mountains, in the southeast of Sicily. You want to taste it, don’t you?
